Spin or whirl the day away stitching this fun design. Diagonal compensation, textural combinations, and discussion of monochromatic colorways will be included in the class discussion. Students will choose one of these five colorways which are shown in left-to-right order in the photograph below:

• Original, Orange (Pomegranate)

• Red (Cardinal)

• Purple (Aubergine)

• Turquoise (Mediterranean)

• Lime (Lime Rickey)

The class kit will include the line-drawn pattern on 18-count canvas, instructions, and all threads to complete the project.

Students will need to supply 8” x 8” stretcher bars, tacks or staples for attaching the canvas, regular stitching supplies, a laying tool, and light/magnification if needed.
